Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OSCE Prep at osceprep.online. By using OSCE Prep, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational Use Only

OSCE Prep is a clinical education and exam practice tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional supervision, or emergency assistance. AI-generated cases, simulated patient responses, scores, and feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked against your curriculum, supervisor guidance, and authoritative clinical resources.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google OAuth or an email one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your account and email secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable Use

• Do not enter real patient identifiers, confidential clinical records, or protected health information.
• Do not use OSCE Prep for emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, or live clinical decision-making.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, payment, ads, rate limits, or security controls.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

Plans, Limits, And Ads

OSCE Prep may offer free, paid, trial, or promotional plans. Daily case limits, features, ads, pricing, and availability may change. Free users may see advertisements. Paid plans, when available, may be handled by a third-party payment processor and may be subject to additional checkout terms shown at purchase.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as prompts, answers, notes, profile details, and case activity. You grant OSCE Prep a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

OSCE Prep Content

The app, design, generated station structure, software, branding, and related materials are owned by OSCE Prep or its licensors. You may use generated practice outputs for personal study, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or operate a competing service using OSCE Prep content or software without permission.

Third-Party Services

OSCE Prep depends on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, database storage, analytics, ads, speech-to-text, AI model access, and payments. Those services may be unavailable, change, or impose their own requirements. OSCE Prep is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of OSCE Prep at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

OSCE Prep is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSCE Prep and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, academic outcomes, clinical decisions, or reliance on generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using OSCE Prep at any time.
