- Guest demo and guest case data stored in your browser local storage. Guest case content is not intentionally saved to the Cloudflare D1 database.
- Technical data such as browser, device, pages visited, performance metrics, approximate region, cookies, and logs used for security, analytics, and reliability.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide sign-in, save cases for signed-in users, sync prior cases, generate practice content, score submissions, personalize student context, enforce daily usage limits, send one-time sign-in codes, improve reliability, measure performance, prevent abuse, show ads to free users, and comply with legal obligations.

We use third-party providers to operate OSCE Prep. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us:
- Vercel, for hosting, web analytics, and speed insights.
- Cloudflare D1, for database storage for signed-in users and application records.

Cookies, Ads, And Analytics
OSCE Prep uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, usage limits, analytics, performance measurement, and advertising. Google AdSense may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads. Where required, users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland may see a Google-certified consent message with options to consent, decline, or manage choices.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may prevent sign-in or saved sessions from working correctly.
Data Storage And Retention
Signed-in user cases and profile details may be stored in cloud infrastructure. Guest cases are stored in the browser local storage on the device used for the guest session. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Your Choices
You may update profile details in the profile page, delete saved cases where the app provides controls, sign out at any time, clear guest data through browser storage controls, and manage ad consent where a consent message is shown. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, contact us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including OAuth sign-in, one-time email codes, HTTP-only authentication cookies, and server-side storage controls. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International Use
OSCE Prep and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed internationally.
Children
OSCE Prep is intended for clinical students and adult learners. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
